a) Talent Pool Subscribers: Full name | Email address | Phone number | LinkedIn profile | Location | Résumé | Role or sector preferences

c) Website Users & Enquiries: Name and email (via contact forms or newsletter sign-up) | Usage data (e.g. browser type, time on page) via cookies and analytics

3. How We Use Your Data. We process personal data only where there is a lawful basis for doing so, such as:

  • Consent (e.g. Talent Pool sign-ups)

  • Contractual necessity (e.g. client delivery)

  • Legitimate interest (e.g. maintaining business records, improving services)

We may use your data to contact you about relevant job or project opportunities; provide agreed consultancy or advisory services; oimprove and maintain our services and website; comply with legal obligations. We will never sell your personal data or share it without your explicit consent.

4. How We Store and Secure Your Data. Your personal data may be stored in secure systems such as Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Email platforms (e.g. Gmail or newsletter providers). Access is restricted to authorised personnel. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

5. Data Retention. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Talent Pool Data: Up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion or ongoing consent is renewed

  • Client and Project Data: Up to 24 months after the last active engagement, unless required longer for legal or operational reasons

  • Newsletter and Enquiry Data: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion

You may withdraw consent or request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your Rights. Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Request correction or deletion

  • Withdraw consent

  • Object to or restrict processing

  • Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
