“Hi, I’m Kelly,

For over 12 years, I’ve worked in People and Talent roles at some of the world’s most respected companies, including Google and Stripe, known for their thoughtful, high-performing hiring practices. My experience spans designing global hiring workflows, enabling large in-house recruitment teams, and leading high-volume hiring across business and engineering functions.

After years working with global leaders, I saw a gap for small and mission-led teams. Too often, these teams were stuck choosing between expensive recruitment agencies or DIY hiring, without the structure, strategy, or confidence they needed.

I created The Hiring Code to change that.

It exists to make smart, scalable hiring accessible, with no jargon, no generic HR fluff, and no bloated systems. We blend best-in-class hiring strategy with founder-friendly tools and advice. Whether you’re recruiting your first hire or building out a team, we’ll give you the workflows, playbooks, and clarity to do it well, without losing the human touch.

Additionally, I believe AI can be a powerful force for good in hiring but only when used with care and context. I’ll help you understand what to automate, how to prompt AI effectively, and what local nuances matter, especially across European markets.
